The symptoms of ill health and disease may have different names, classifications and understandings among the different healing and medical systems.

A health coach is someone who:
- Walks beside you so you do not have to do it alone.
- Supports you when you are facing illness, chronic conditions, making health related choices and/or trying to improve your quality of life.
- Helps you uncover your own personal essential wisdom and knowledge to become your own healer and master of health.
- Does not impose particular beliefs on you.
- Helps you to develop for yourself what is best for you.
Even in situations where the prognosis or possibility of physical improvement is slim, in cases of terminal disease, or in old age, we can still find the right balance or flow for our health path, where we be graceful, and at ease, in out path no matter what the conditions.
I am here to guide you, encourage you on your health journey towards healthier eating, getting rid of or lessening aches and pains, having more energy, or just giving you the support needed to get you going or to keep you traveling along your path. What ever your goal may be! So you do not have to do it alone.
